Unframe, a Cupertino-based managed AI delivery platform, has raised $50M in Series B funding led by Highland Europe. The company turns enterprise operations AI-native by delivering tailored, production-grade AI solutions in days via the Framery OS. The capital will fuel global sales expansion, platform enhancements, and leadership hires.

Enterprise AI Moves From Pilots to Production

The timing comes amid widespread enterprise struggles to scale AI beyond pilots. Unframe's approach — outcome-based pricing with no upfront costs and solutions deployed in days — addresses the gap between experimentation and production. Competitors like UiPath focus on broad RPA automation, while Unframe emphasizes rapid, managed delivery with guaranteed results.

95% Pilot Failure Rate Drives Demand

Enterprises face a stark reality where most AI initiatives stall. The enterprise AI market is projected to grow from $20.93B in 2025 to $560.74B by 2034 at a 44.1% CAGR. This growth highlights urgency for platforms that deliver measurable ROI quickly without heavy services overhead.

Framery OS Enables Days-Not-Months Deployment

Unframe built the Framery OS with an Agent Orchestrator, Knowledge Fabric, and seamless data connectivity across ERP, CRM, and legacy systems. Unlike traditional integrators or RPA platforms that require months of customization, Unframe delivers production solutions rapidly. The LLM-agnostic platform integrates without data migration and enforces agent governance and data security.

As Shay Levi, CEO noted:

"Every enterprise we speak with has a backlog of high-impact AI use cases and almost nothing in production."

The outcome-based model means customers pay only when solutions deliver results, flipping traditional seat or token pricing.

Highland Europe Leads With Enterprise AI Thesis

Highland Europe led the round, joined by follow-on investors including Bessemer Venture Partners and Craft Ventures. These firms have backed category leaders like Toast and Personio, signaling strong conviction in platforms that combine AI infrastructure with proven enterprise go-to-market. Unframe's low burn rate and $100M TCV achieved in under 12 months validate the thesis.

Market Expands Amid Integration Challenges

The broader enterprise AI software platform market stands at $116.6B with 19% CAGR. Trends toward agentic AI adoption and governance focus favor Unframe's multi-industry blueprints for automation and decision intelligence. Competitors such as WorkFusion ($411M raised) target specialized compliance while SS&C Blue Prism emphasizes legacy RPA approaches.

Founders previously built Noname Security to a $500M exit, bringing domain expertise in security and enterprise software. The team now exceeds 130 employees with active hiring across sales, product, and R&D.

Expansion Plans Target Global Scale

With deployments already serving customers like Cushman & Wakefield and partnerships including Climb Global Solutions, Unframe plans continued EMEA and APAC growth alongside U.S. scaling. New offices in Tel Aviv and Berlin support the international push.
