Rivvun AI Raises $7.55M Seed for P&L Execution Agents

Rivvun AI raised $7.55M seed led by Sitara Capital and 3one4 Capital for autonomous AI agents that recover enterprise spend and revenue leakage with audit trails.

Rivvun AI, a Seattle-based provider of autonomous agentic AI for enterprise P&L integrity, has raised $7.55M in seed funding led by Sitara Capital and 3one4 Capital. The platform deploys governed AI agents that sense events from contracts, execute actions in ERP and procurement systems, and deliver audit-grade evidence of recovered spend and revenue. The capital will accelerate US sales hiring and vertical deployments in lifesciences, banking, and manufacturing.

Agentic AI Shifts to Execution

The timing aligns with enterprises moving beyond copilots toward autonomous agents that act inside existing systems. Rivvun targets the gap between negotiated contracts and actual financial outcomes, where traditional automation platforms focus on broad workflows rather than deterministic P&L remediation.

Contract Leakage Costs Enterprises Billions

Enterprises lose an estimated $2 trillion annually between obligation and settlement. Rivvun's case studies show $70M spend reduction identified after an $11.2B M&A event and 300% ROI on royalty governance. Most clients see roughly $10M in recoverable value within a two-week proof of value.

Domain Playbooks Drive Deterministic Outcomes

Rivvun built two agent families: Spend Assurance for buy-side rebates and pricing commitments, and Margin Defence for sell-side revenue protection. The agents integrate with ERP, CRM, and procurement systems without rip-and-replace, using vertical-specific playbooks that produce explainable actions.

"The enterprise has spent years being told AI will transform how it operates. What it needed was AI that creates direct, measurable impact on the P&L."
— Anand Veerkar, co-founder

Mission Capital Validates Vertical AI Thesis

Sitara Capital and 3one4 Capital co-led the oversubscribed round. 3one4 manages roughly $800M in committed capital and has backed multiple AI and enterprise companies. The investment signals conviction in founder-market fit from the ex-Icertis team and in direct P&L impact over general automation.

BSM Market Expands With Agentic Demand

The business spend management software market stands at $28.98B in 2026 and is projected to reach $66.31B by 2034 at a 10.9% CAGR. AI agents in financial services are forecast to grow from $1.96B to $5.71B over the same period. Structural drivers include post-M&A system fragmentation and demand for real-time margin protection.

Ex-Icertis Team Brings Proven Scale

Co-founders Anand Veerkar and Niranjan Umarane spent over a decade at Icertis, helping scale the company to more than $350M in ARR. Serial entrepreneur Patrick Linton joined as co-founder, and advisors include GoTo Group co-founder Patrick Cao. The team emphasizes deterministic outcomes and rapid deployment measured in weeks.

US Sales Expansion Underway

Rivvun is actively hiring for senior business development and sales director roles in the United States. The moves follow the seed round and point to focused expansion in Fortune 1000 accounts across regulated verticals.
