Lucis, a Paris-based AI preventive health platform, has raised €17.3M ($20M) in Series A funding led by Singular, with participation from General Catalyst and Y Combinator. The company analyzes 110+ blood biomarkers across 11 body systems, integrates wearables data, and delivers clinician-reviewed personalized action plans for longevity and health optimization. The capital will expand its platform across Europe.

Europe Digital Health Funding Accelerates

The round arrives as European preventive health draws investor attention amid rising chronic disease costs and policy pushes for early detection. Lucis raised the round just four months after an $8.5M seed round, bringing total funding to $28M. Its model combines lab testing through 450+ partner labs with AI insights and wearable integrations, addressing gaps in reactive care systems.

99.9% of Users Show Out-of-Range Biomarkers

Standard care often misses early signals, with 99.9% of Lucis users having at least one out-of-range biomarker on their first test. The company has delivered over 1 million biomarker analyses to 10,000+ members. 75% of users improve three or more markers within six months without medication, per company data.

Platform Combines Labs, Wearables, and AI

Lucis membership at €490 per year provides two full assessments annually plus an app with Oura, Apple Watch, and Garmin integrations. Reports cover metabolic, hormonal, cardiovascular, and immune systems with actionable nutrition and lifestyle plans. This differs from narrower competitors focused on single areas like gut health or athletic performance.
