June Raises $20M Pre-Seed for Enterprise AI Deployment

June raised $20M pre-seed led by TIME Ventures for its AI-native enterprise system implementation platform. The ex-Salesforce team targets the deployment bottleneck.

June, a Brooklyn-based AI-driven enterprise system deployment platform, has raised $20 million in pre-seed funding led by Marc Benioff's TIME Ventures. The platform maps business workflows across systems like Salesforce, Snowflake, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, Databricks, and Microsoft, then deploys changes agentically without downtime. The capital will accelerate product development for its AI implementation lab.

Stealth Launch Signals Market Timing

June emerged from stealth in August 2026 with the round, which also included participation from Michael Dell, George Kurtz of CrowdStrike, and firms including Abstract Ventures, SVA, Sunflower Capital, Operator Collective, Vesey Ventures, and Liquid 2 Ventures. The timing aligns with enterprises struggling to move AI projects beyond pilots due to fragmented legacy systems.

Enterprise AI Stuck in Pilot Phase

Large organizations face slow implementation cycles and reliance on expensive consultants for every change. The founding team previously built Bonobo AI, acquired by Salesforce in 2019, giving them direct experience with why enterprise AI deployments fail at scale.

Agentic Execution Replaces Manual Integration

June's platform includes four core modules: UNDERSTAND maps workflows and calculates ROI; IMPLEMENT delivers systems agentically from design through testing; OPTIMIZE identifies AI opportunities; and MAKE CHANGE STICK generates training and simulations. It differs from traditional systems integrators by automating configuration across multiple vendors rather than relying on labor-intensive services. It also stands apart from single-vendor tools like Salesforce Agentforce by remaining platform-agnostic.

As the company stated in its launch materials:

"We don't just recommend changes - we deploy them."

TIME Ventures Leads Strategic Round

TIME Ventures' leadership, alongside angels like Dell and Kurtz, signals strong conviction in AI-native infrastructure for enterprise transformation. The investor profile blends growth capital with strategic validation from enterprise software leaders.

AI Deployment Market Expands Rapidly

The enterprise AI market is projected to grow from $64.38 billion in 2026 to $701.9 billion by 2034. Competitors in adjacent spaces include Accenture and Deloitte for traditional integration services, and agent-focused startups like Sierra. June targets the configuration layer that consumes most AI project budgets.

Ex-Salesforce Team Brings Insider Edge

The four founders joined Salesforce after selling Bonobo AI and gained firsthand insight into enterprise deployment bottlenecks before launching June in 2025.
