Glow Raises $180M Series A for AI Endpoint Security

Glow raised $180M Series A led by Sequoia and Cyberstarts for an AI-powered endpoint security platform that prevents risky AI tools from entering enterprises.

Glow (glow.io), a Tel Aviv and Palo Alto-based AI-powered endpoint security platform, has raised $180M in Series A funding led by Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint Ventures. The platform uses specialized AI agents to prevent risky software, AI agents, and developer tools from entering enterprise environments rather than detecting threats after they emerge. The capital will accelerate US go-to-market and expand Glow Labs research efforts.

AI Adoption Triples Endpoint Risks

The timing comes amid surging AI tool usage on corporate devices, which rose from 15% to 45% in one year. Straiker raised $64M Series A in June 2026 for agent security, while WitnessAI secured funding across rounds totaling $85.5M. Glow's prevention-first approach addresses the gap where traditional tools lack visibility into AI agent behavior.

Legacy Tools Miss AI Agent Threats

Enterprises face a widening attack surface as Gartner projects 40% of enterprise applications will embed task-specific AI agents by 2026. The global endpoint security market stands at $17.8B to $41.6B in 2026 per Grand View Research and MarketsandMarkets. Existing solutions from CrowdStrike and SentinelOne focus on detection after threats emerge, leaving gaps in proactive control over shadow AI and risky installations.

Prevention-First AI Agents Redefine Defense

Glow deploys specialized AI agents that continuously map all software and tools on endpoints, assess risk in real time, and block risky activity before execution. This differs from competitors' detection and response models by enforcing policies at the point of entry. The platform already blocks malicious npm packages and identifies devices with compromised EDR coverage.

As CEO Roi Tiger noted:

"Prevention was always the right answer in security. It just never worked at enterprise scale without blocking the business. AI solves that."

Elite Investors Signal Sector Conviction

Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, Redpoint, Index Ventures, and others backed the round after Glow operated in stealth with paying customers in healthcare, retail, and financial services. The syndicate reflects strong belief in the founding team's track record from Meta, Snowflake, and prior CISOs roles, plus the scale of the AI-driven endpoint challenge.

Endpoint Security Market Expands Rapidly

The endpoint security market is projected to grow at 9.6% to 12.7% CAGR through 2033 amid broader cybersecurity expansion. Incumbents like Palo Alto Networks and Trellix hold broad portfolios, yet Glow positions itself as purpose-built for AI-era risks rather than retrofitting legacy architectures. Agentic AI security startups are drawing capital as regulatory and adoption pressures mount.

Ex-Meta and Snowflake Team Brings Scale

CEO Roi Tiger previously co-founded Onavo, acquired by Meta, while CTO Omer Singer led cybersecurity strategy at Snowflake and COO Emily Heath served as CISO at United Airlines and DocuSign. The team combines deep telemetry expertise with enterprise security leadership.

US Expansion and Research Push Ahead

With the new funding, Glow will accelerate US go-to-market efforts and expand its Glow Labs research division while growing its 100-person team across Israel and the United States.
