Elorian, a Palo Alto-based developer of multimodal AI for visual reasoning, has raised $55M in seed funding co-led by Striker Venture Partners and Menlo Ventures, with participation from Altimeter, 49 Palms, and AI pioneer Jeff Dean. The startup creates systems that natively process visual inputs to understand spatial relationships, physical constraints, and design intent for applications in robotics, engineering, and medicine. The funds will scale the team, build compute infrastructure, and launch early customer pilots.

The round, raised in two tranches jumping from $120M to $300M valuation, signals strong conviction in Elorian's founders.
