ClearOps, a Munich-based AI-powered Aftersales Intelligence Platform, has raised €8.6 million in Series A funding. The platform connects OEMs, dealers, and machines on a single cloud system to predict parts demand, automate service workflows, and maximize machine uptime for industries including agriculture and construction. The capital will accelerate platform scaling and AI development for dealer network connectivity.

Aftersales AI Attracts Industrial Capital

The timing aligns with growing investment in industrial AI tools. ClearOps follows Makula's earlier funding round backed by the OpenAI Startup Fund targeting similar OEM service optimization. Its focus on real-time OEM-dealer collaboration for machine uptime addresses a gap in fragmented aftersales ecosystems.

Dealer Fragmentation Inflates Downtime Costs

Manufacturers lose significant revenue from stock imbalances and reactive service processes. ClearOps reports customers achieving 43% higher fill rates, 15% parts sales growth, and 20% working capital reduction. Current solutions often leave OEMs without full visibility across thousands of independent dealers.

Platform Unifies OEM-Dealer Ecosystems

ClearOps built Parts Cloud and Service Cloud to deliver demand prediction and proactive technician scheduling. It integrates with 80+ ERP and DMS systems while connecting over 8,000 dealers. This non-replacement approach differs from broader platforms like Syncron and Lokad by specializing in mobile machinery aftersales intelligence.

Strategic Backers Signal Scaling Intent

The round includes participation from Hitachi Ventures, Schoeller Group, and Barkawi Group. These investors bring industrial expertise that supports ClearOps' direction toward becoming the AI operating system for global aftersales operations.

Industrial AI Market Expands Rapidly

The AI in industrial machinery market is projected to grow from $3.26 billion in 2026 to $9.04 billion by 2030 at a 29.1% CAGR. This surge validates demand for predictive parts and service tools. Competitors like Syncron have raised over $100 million while Lokad secured more than $20 million, showing sustained capital flow into the space.

Team Expands with New Hires

ClearOps is actively hiring across business development, sales, customer success, and product roles in Munich. Recent product updates include Inventory Planning 2.0 developed with TUM researchers to improve spare parts forecasting accuracy.
