Centralize, a San Francisco-based AI-powered relationship intelligence platform, has raised $15M in Series A funding led by NEA. The platform automatically maps stakeholders across organizations, exposes blind spots in decision-making chains, surfaces warm intros from team networks, and delivers next-best-action guidance to help enterprise revenue teams close deals faster. It improves win rates by up to 56% and doubles deal velocity by replacing manual org charts with living account maps powered by emails, calls, and CRM data. The capital will accelerate product development and go-to-market efforts.

Relationship Intelligence Gains Momentum

The timing aligns with rising enterprise deal complexity. Buying committees have nearly doubled in size over the last decade. Centralize's approach addresses the gap between traditional CRM activity capture and the need for real-time relationship navigation in multi-stakeholder deals.

Buying Committees Outpace CRM Tools

Enterprise deals now involve an average of 10 or more stakeholders, creating coordination challenges that static tools cannot handle. Revenue teams lose context when champions depart or new decision-makers emerge, leading to missed opportunities and churn risks. Manual research consumes up to 60% of AE time according to Salesforce and Forrester data.

AI Maps Relationships in Real Time

Centralize builds dynamic org charts that update automatically from CRM, email, calendar, and call data. Its AI agent Centra answers questions such as "Who owns the budget?" or "How do I reach the CRO?" and identifies multithreading gaps. This differs from conversation analytics platforms that record what was said and from intent platforms that prioritize top-of-funnel accounts. Centralize focuses on the live relationship graph inside active deals.

"The entire revenue tech stack was built around activity capture, rather than navigating buying committees. That's a structural gap, and it's only widening as AI raises the stakes." — Hilarie Koplow-McAdams, Venture Partner at NEA

NEA Leads With Strategic Conviction

NEA led the round with participation from Salesforce Ventures, which had previously led the company's $4M seed round, Y Combinator, 20SALES, Adverb Ventures, and Ritual Capital. The syndicate reflects strong conviction in relationship intelligence as a category. NEA partner Hilarie Koplow-McAdams cited the founders' vision and the structural market gap.

Sales Intelligence Market Expands Steadily

The sales intelligence market stands at $4.99B in 2026 and is projected to grow at 12.89% CAGR through 2031, per Mordor Intelligence. Structural trends include larger buying groups, declining cold outreach reply rates, and demand for platforms that combine CRM data with relationship mapping. Centralize positions itself as the "GPS for enterprise deals" within this expanding space.

Founders Bring Deep Product Pedigree

Co-founders Rachit Kataria, CEO, previously scaled Facebook Shops to 250M monthly active users at Meta, and William Wang, CTO, built Slack Huddles, the fastest-growing product in Slack history. The pair met as USC freshmen and have collaborated for nearly a decade. Their engineering backgrounds at companies that scaled massive user bases inform Centralize's focus on usable, relationship-centric workflows.
