CasaPerks, an Austin-based AI-powered rewards platform for the multifamily industry, has raised $15.8M in seed funding led by Longevity Equity. The platform lets apartment residents earn points on rent payments and access perks from over 300 brands without changing payment methods. CasaPerks also offers operators a 1% ancillary revenue share through CasaCash, plus tools for reputation management and brand ambassadors.
Proptech Funding Remains Active
The round arrives as proptech funding stayed active in early 2026, with capital flowing into operations and leasing tools. Longevity Equity, which also holds positions in SpaceX and xAI, led the round and brings prior real estate and AI investment experience.
Operator Pain Points in Multifamily
Multifamily operators face high resident turnover and pressure to increase NOI through new revenue streams. Traditional rewards platforms often rely on fee-based models that limit adoption. CasaPerks reports 90%+ resident adoption rates by integrating directly with property management systems like Entrata, RealPage, and Yardi.
AI Rewards Engine Drives Engagement
CasaPerks built its platform around Anthropic’s Claude AI to personalize rewards and engagement at scale. Unlike broader proptech suites, the company focuses on rent-to-rewards and community tools. It also launched WorksPerks for workplace recognition and acquired assets from Tackle.
"This milestone follows a transformational year for the company."
Longevity Equity Signals Conviction
Longevity Equity previously invested in CasaPerks and sees the platform as category-defining. The investor’s concentrated approach and exposure to high-profile AI plays like xAI underscore belief in AI-native consumer platforms with B2B traction.
Proptech Market Expands Rapidly
The proptech market stood at $47.08B in 2025 and is projected to reach $209.43B by 2035 at a 16.1% CAGR. CasaPerks differentiates through its operator-built model and 1% revenue share versus fee-based competitors like RealPage Community Rewards and Paylode.
Leadership and Momentum
Founder and CEO Kevin Bradt leads a team that has posted 10x revenue growth in 2025. Recent moves include hiring a VP of Operations, promoting Nate Craddock to CTO, and opening roles in sales and product.
Expansion Plans Underway
With the new capital, CasaPerks plans to expand into Canada, scale WorksPerks, and continue hiring across account executive and marketing functions.
